How are Aura Blockages and Energy Rips Defined
Instead of viewing the aura as just a static "glow" of color, we map blockages based on vibrational disruption and physical, spiritual and emotional leaks:
Cloudiness and Muddy Energy
When an individual experiences dense, negative human emotions (fear, guilt, shame) the corresponding frequency drops. This causes the bright, dominant aura color to appear "cloudy" gray or black, signaling a stagnation that needs cleansing.
Holes and Rips (Energy Leaks)
In our framework, trauma, high stress or unhealthy attachments can tear or create "holes" in the etheric and emotional layers of the aura. This causes you to accidently "leak" your personal vitality or unintentionally absorb the heavy chaotic energy of the people around you.
The Shadow Emotions
Blockages are diagnosed by tracking the specific emotional "shadows" trapped in your frequency. For example: a blockage in the sacral frequency presents as guilt or creative stagnation, while a blockage in the throat frequency manifests as social anxiety or a fear of speaking your absolute truth.
